Project coordination with a clear path to Project Manager

Locations: Bremen or Emden/Krummhörn

BESSr GmbH develops and delivers modern Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for industrial companies, commercial customers and project developers. As a distributor, EPC partner and system integrator, we support projects from the technical concept through engineering and procurement to commissioning and long-term operation.

Our focus is on Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and utility scale battery storage. Together with international technology partners, we develop intelligent energy systems made up of battery storage, medium-voltage equipment, EMS, SCADA and communication systems as well as operation and maintenance solutions.

You will work together with experienced colleagues on battery storage projects and develop into a project manager with your own responsibility.

• Supporting the project management
• Contributing to engineering and project controlling
• Coordinating suppliers and customers
• Leading internal and external project teams
• Supporting the design of battery storage systems as well as EMS, SCADA, direct marketing and O&M topics
• Contributing to project development and proposal preparation
• Taking responsibility for schedule, cost and quality tracking

• A degree in engineering, industrial engineering, electrical, civil or energy engineering – or a comparable qualification with relevant project experience
• An interest in battery storage systems, photovoltaics and renewable energy
• Technical understanding
• Strong communication skills
• Very good German (C2) and good English
• A structured way of working

You do not have to be a battery storage expert already. Technical understanding, initiative and the willingness to work your way into new topics matter far more. We will develop the rest together.
